Described as a "rising star" of the Liberal Party, this man had to step down in 2014 (as far back as that) for Liberal Party pre-selection in the Victorian Upper House over a series of crude comments he made on social media.

He referred to former speaker Peter Slipper as "a giant C’’.

Another tweet said “shirts are for faggots’’

Aaron Lane was a former Young Liberals president, and still peddling his views at the IPA (Institute of Public Affairs)
