Troy Grant

Up until the Orange by-election, Grant was the leader of the Nationals in NSW state parliament and Deputy Premier.  He resigned from those positions once they'd lost the seat to the Shooters and Fishers, with a 21% swing away from the party.  This was the first time there hadn't been a Nationals member for Orange since just after World War II.
